Rules and Regulations

In efforts to keep the property clean and ready for family and friends we are implementing a few rules and regulations.

1. All those whp plan on visiting Flatwoods need to have signed off on waiver form.
2. Berry needs to be notified of the dates when you plan on attending and approve them.
3. All trash must be taken out and gotten rid of when you leave.
4. You will have to pick up the key for gate. Key will not be mailed and we must have signed waiver forms before getting key.
5. Anything that is in cabin may be used, all we ask is that you make sure to put things back in place in efforts to keep it clean for the next crew.

July 4th Family/Friends Reunion

If you are reading this then this is one of several invitations for you and your family to join us on the weekend of July 4th at our property in Flatwoods TN. More information will be available as the date gets closer but please put this event on your calendars.

Things you will want to bring will include:
Tent
Sleeping bags/bedding
bathing suits/water clothes
water shoes
sunscreen
food/beverages (We will plan on our Saturday night dinner of hobo meals)
*anything else you will need to have a great time.

Depending on interest there may or may not be a canoe trip down the Buffalo (allot a few extra dollars for this)
